Who We Are
History
The Traditional Art Guild (TAG) of Hot Springs was founded in 1963 by local artists that wanted to promote and encourage enrichment of life through traditional arts. In March 2025, guild members voted to change the name to The Art Guild (TAG). The Art Guild of Hot Springs members wanted to honor the past by retaining the TAG acronym but wanted to look towards the future and reflect the current and future membership that embraces both traditional and non-traditional art forms.
Mission
The goal of The Art Guild is to celebrate all kinds of art and provide authentic support to local artists, craftsmen, and art appreciators of all levels. We come together in friendship to enrich the world through art shows, displays, demonstrations, show and tells, and community engagement.
