As a child I would sit and look at photographs for hours. Maybe this is how I developed my creative vision? At the age of five I knew that I wanted to be a photographer when I saw a movie about Ansel Adams. I am a photographer, a collector and an artist. I collect images of  interesting and unusual objects to use in my photographic illustrations with my camera. A digital scanner, computer and Photoshop have become my new electronic darkroom. Recently I have added my iPhone to my equipment I use and have discovered a new way to express my artistic vision. I am a member of the Arkansas Art Council's Juried Artist  Directory and have had several pieces selected to be in the AAC sponsored Small Works on Paper traveling exhibition. One of my pieces won a purchase award and is now a part of the AAC permanent collection. Currently my work is displayed at Collective Arts Gallery in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
